Metrel Alpha EE XA 3340 Overview
The Metrel Alpha EE 3340 is a high-end portable appliance tester designed for professionals who need to go beyond standard test and tag. It performs all core PAT functions - including earth continuity, insulation resistance, leakage current, polarity, and RCD testing — with the added benefit of a full touchscreen interface and onboard asset management. Whether you’re testing standard 240V equipment or managing complex compliance across multiple sites, the Alpha EE 3340 gives you the features to do it fast and accurately.
Beyond a standard portable appliance tester, it also includes advanced features like point-to-point leakage testing, Type B and DC-sensitive RCD testing, and compatibility with EV charging adaptors and 3-phase leakage testing. All results can be recorded and transferred via USB or Bluetooth to Metrel's ES Manager Pro software for full report generation and project tracking.
