High Visibility Failed tag
These tags ensure that any failed items are clearly identified as a 'Failed Item' and aids with the safety of users.
Hi-Vis Tags are very bright and can easily be seen by everyone. When filling out your information, simply tick the box to indicate the reason for the failure.
There is a tick box on the label for Insulation Resistance, Earth Continuity, Incorrect Polarity, Visible Damage and Other. Lastly, there is a field for Tag Placed By for the user to place their name.
